Lianne Forman received her law degree from Columbia University Law School in 1993. Prior to joining Moskowitz & Book, LLP, in 2016, Lianne spent 10 years as in-house counsel at a publicly-traded telecommunications company, as well as several years with law firms where she developed an expertise in working with all types of businesses on a broad range of commercial matters.
Lianne’s practice at Moskowitz & Book, LLP, focuses on corporate and transactional law, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, supply and distribution agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements, as well as the formation and management of corporations, LLCs and partnerships.
By way of example, Lianne recently represented an international cosmetic manufacturer in raising external financing and establishing strategic partnerships. She also represented the purchaser in the acquisition of a pet grooming business, has assisted medical practices with employment and partnership transactions, as well as a packaging company in forming strategic relationships with manufacturers and customers.
