Jennifer Kim is an Associate at Moskowitz & Book, LLP. She represents both employers and employees in wage and hour, discrimination, sex harassment, and retaliation matters in state court, the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL), and the New York City Commission on Human Rights (NYCCHR). Jennifer has conducted extensive research on the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace for employers, minimum wage and overtime laws pertaining to for-profit and non-profit organizations, pre-employment and hiring inquiries of schools, and more.
Jennifer’s interest in labor and employment law stems from her past experiences interning at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and a labor and employment firm.
Prior to joining Moskowitz & Book, Jennifer received her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2019 and served as the Executive Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution, Volume 20.
Jennifer is an active member of the New York City Bar Association, the Korean American Lawyers of Greater New York (KALAGNY), and the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY).
Jennifer is fluent in Korean and has utilized her Korean language skills in the legal realm as well.
