Lianne Forman has been with the law firm of Moskowitz & Book, LLP, since 2016.
Lianne’s practice focuses on corporate, transactional and employment law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, service agreements, non-disclosure/non-compete agreements, employment and consulting agreements, as well as the formation and governance of corporations, LLCs and partnerships. Lianne’s client-centric approach provides trusted counsel and strategic advice aligned with her clients’ objectives.
Prior to joining Moskowitz & Book, Lianne spent 10 years as in-house counsel at a publicly-traded telecommunications company, as well as several years prior to that with law firms where she developed an expertise in working with all types of businesses and individuals on a broad range of commercial and transactional matters.
Lianne received her B.A. in American Studies from Brandeis University, and her J.D. from Columbia University Law School.
